Wow! This place is great! The manager Jose is amazing! He helped me chose from 2 different rooms and got me my rental in less than 10 minutes! His staff was very friendly and welcoming! The office and bathrooms were very clean and parking was easy to move in! This is by far the best storage place in the Bronx! Thanks again.

I ve been a customer of this facilty for over 4 years. This place has great costumer service.alway attentive towards the customers.maintenance of the facility is up to part..the staff are friendly and courteous. Specially melanie and gloria.they go our their way to satisfy costumers needs.and i say that from experience...

Had my first storage unit here over 10 years ago. Chose this facility because it has excellent climate control, clean, and all on ground floor. Regional manager Alex Oates provides excellent help and customer service for account issues.

I’ve had a wonderful experience thus far! Gloria is an example of great customer service ...I want to say, my experience was outstanding, I was attended to quickly and professionally. The young lady did not hesitate to give me all the information I needed to make an informed decision..she made me feel like this is the place for me to store my personal possessions.
