Mott Haven- BEST Storage Post Office! If you’re looking to store away treasured items that don’t fit in your small NYC apartment, head over to the Mott Haven (Bruckner), location. There you will come across Great staff members that are Knowledgeable, Friendly, Kind and Supportive. The team members I’m talking about are: Delroy (Supervisor), Pedro and William who is new. Upon changing my room to a bigger space, I was in personal contact with Pedro who took his time to check and later show me a few rooms available. When I was interacting with him in the rental office, he answered every question, dealt with every one of my concerns and patiently listened to me. Delroy chimed in and kindly assisted with one of my requests when a small glitch occurred. While William was there learning the ropes with note pad in hand and taking a vested interest in his job. This location is a run like a well-oiled machine. I have been at this location since the beginning and have nothing but Good things to say about this Team. Kudos! Pedro, Delroy and William, keep up the Good Work!

The gentlemen working when I registered as well as when I moved my items in was extremely patient and knowledgable about what would be the easiest way to store my items in which size unit. He sold me on a storage size that was a bit wider and that made it for a much easier move. The woman on the customer service line that originally signed me up was also very patient and thorough in her explanation of the terms of the rental and very kind and pleasant which made for a much more smooth process especially when packing and moving can be very stressful. I give the man at the storage unit 10 stars if I could. He was very patient and helpful. Thank you.
