I WILL KEEP MY STORAGE AND RECOMMEND FRIENDS IN THE FUTURE. DONT RECOMMEND A FRIEND THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOU $50.00 CREDIT THEY ADVERTISE. I HAD A FRIEND OPEN A STORAGE WITH THEM BECAUSE THEY SAID THEY WOULD GIVE ME $50.00 CREDIT. THEY NEVER DID, EVEN AFTER SPEAKING TO 2 PEOPLE THEY SAID THEY COULD NOT GIVE ME CREDIT. I COULD CARE LESS ABOUT $50.00 BUT THEY ARE NOT HONEST.

Being close to my house and having quick access made Storage Post incredibly useful for me.

So since my last review the company and specifically Franny the manager has resolved my issues and I am very pleased and will continue to stay at this location because of Franny. Thanks guys.

Leslie and Leydi were extremely customer service friendly. You must find more people like them. Best experience I've had at a Storage place.

Good morning everyone.. I just wanted to say that storage post on Fordham rd is the best in NYC and that's my opinion . I was having trouble paying for my unit and the director Alex was able to fix the problem for me.. Mr. Alex is the perfect example of a PROFESSIONAL business man who cares for his customers and Ms Gloria is a perfect example of a PROFESSIONAL worker who also cares about her customers and their units.. thank you guy's for your professionalism and for your help ..

friendly and courteous staff and never any problem gaining access to my storage units no matter what time of the day or night I was moving. The whole facility was always clean and well secured.

At storage post self storage it was a wonderful experience. The staff members help with giving direction to the store location and treated us like family. I would recommend Ace and kristian to anybody for help because they’re great.

We have only praise for this storage company. Their storage solutions and customer service is outstandingly efficient. Without their assistance, it would have been difficult to manage the hectic aspects of our lives along with the stress from worrying about our belongings. We never had to worry once we found Lifesaver!
