I came in late and the building was about to close but Karim stayed to help me out. I had to go but told Karim I'll be back in the morning. I came back with my brother despite the weather and found out my unit was sold to another customer at 5am online. I was ready to leave but Karim showed us another unit and told us we should try it out. We decided to give it a try! Jimmy was very helpful and so polite. This was my first time ever using a storage unit and he made the process easier. He made sure to answer all of my questions and any concerns I had. In the end I got the perfect storage unit for a great price. He’s a wonderful young man and knows exactly how to do his job.
