My name is Andre Ross and I'm giving 5 stars for the exemplery service of Lizette last name unknown and Alex Uzhra who went above and beyond to help me navigate my way during a very dark time. The company itself I'd give 3 stars due to the outrageous late payment penalties and the conditions of premises itself. That said I've been a long time customer and have been happier in the past. Nevertheless, if it were not for Alex and Lizette, I would most likely refrain from doing business with this company. That's my two cents. Here's a nickel, keep the change.

I just want to say thank Lizzette for being so nice and respectful. Once you arrive you are welcomed with an amazing smile, she was very thorough while explaining everything and always asked if I had any questions. The building suprisingly well kept and smelled great for someone who was working alone. You could tell she was genuinely nice, everyone greeted her as if they were in a comfortable space which really helped me make my decision and ended up renting a unit. I say if you ever want to rent a space go to Bruckner and ask for lissette she's amazing and works with you.. thanks again

Dont be fooled by the location of this place! This is actually a great facility. Easy access to parking, clean bathrooms and working carts. The staff is excellent and the manager was very nice! I just got evicted from my apt and Jose helped us find the right unit for the best budget! I saved alot coming here and love the service! I hope every Storage post is like this. Thank you!

Good morning everyone.. I just wanted to say that storage post on Fordham rd is the best in NYC and that's my opinion . I was having trouble paying for my unit and the director Alex was able to fix the problem for me.. Mr. Alex is the perfect example of a PROFESSIONAL business man who cares for his customers and Ms Gloria is a perfect example of a PROFESSIONAL worker who also cares about her customers and their units.. thank you guy's for your professionalism and for your help ..
