Thank you so much to Kristian who has been so helpful at my storage post in Fordham rd in the BX. I love that he’s there. Every time I come he’s very nice always greets us and says hello. Always asks us how he can help us. We are so happy that he’s there. Makes the place so much better. We are happy when we go that he’s there I know we will get the help we need. Also ever since he’s there the place is cleaner it smells nicer as well. Before it was not as clean and always smelled. Honestly we were thinking of either moving to a different storage or just closing it down and leaving because the storage was smelly and always dirty. But Kristians help and how he takes care of the storage in general is very nice and pleasant.

Excellent Service! I drove with my family down from New Haven, Conn on a cold Saturday morning. We were tired and frustrated from traveling so far. We registered online but usually have issues at places cause somehow someone always effs it up! I have to say tho, The store manager at 979 Brook, Jose was a true delight! He showed us to the bathroom, helped us get carts and showed us all the amenities of this facility and even offered us some coffee to keep us warm. He was very nice and made the move-in process very easy for us! Thank you so much! We hope your other other locations have this same level of service! THANK YOU STORAGE POST AND THANK YOU JOSE!

I just want to commend the excellence service of Mr.Alex Oates he was very helpful in resolving my issues on Tuesday March 12, 2019. I would recommend this storage to anyone with no hesitation based on there excellence in customer service. If it wasn’t for Mr. Alex Oates I don’t kno what I would do, so I must say thanks for a tremendous customer service you offered to me I will forever be greatful. The sister at the desk was very courteous professional not overly friendly was will to help through exemplifying how the first floor door opened and closed and even when I got it wrong she showed up and demonstrated again with no attitude very well customer service extended all the discounts available to me this fall sign up season excellent interaction
