Customer service was great very helpful

This experience was awesome Adrian was very professional and helpful, she also help me out with my lock letting me get a temporary lock just so I can go get my long term lock, so I really appreciate her for that going out her way when she didn't have to. Also she always made sure I had everything I needed and had my access code and was there for every question I asked. Wish all employees in the world had this type of customer service and it's is a pleasure to have this person help and services. Thank you and I appreciate this storage facility.

I want to say Adrienne is one of sweetest people I have ever met! I was outside and she was cleaning and actually took the time to talk to me and ask me if I needed anything. I didn’t, but the fact that she stopped to ask is what matters. Friendly, polite, and compassionate.

Amazing service! I went in with a friend while she paid her bill, Adrienne was helpful and funny. The store smelt good and was clean! If I was looking to rent it would be with her.

I wasn’t available to witness the move in person (I’m actually not even sure whether the move has taken place yet), however, Mylandria was the consummate professional so I know that my possessions are in good hands. She walked me through the process, answered all of my questions, and left me knowing that I had made the right decision to trust Storage Post with the move. She is simply AWESOME !!
