Great storage considering I got a 7 x 5 for 20 a month due to an error. But it lasted almost a year until I got a letter that they were going to raise the price . 5 stars cause they kept their promise and my stuff was secure. The place is organized and clean!

Randy always gives a little extra customer service when possible; something that is unfortunately missing in a lot of other places. Great "can do" attitude.

I had the pleasure of being helped by Nychelle who is so pleasant and resourceful. I came into this location with a-million-and-one questions and I even called a couple times as well. Each time, Nychelle was respectful and knowledgeable about my concerns. Overall, the customer service at this location is phenomenal and it made the process to secure a storage unit feel like a breeze.

The manager, Gloria Ramirez, was so helpful and provided me service with a joyful smile and playful attitude.

The staff at this location are very occomadating, friendly and helpful. I want to specifically thank Dionna for all her help. I would recommend using this location.

So, my lock weirdly just stopped working! And Lizette came by to save me worth her super customer service. I honestly neverrrrrr have an issue here they are supper helpful and always accommodating. This may jus seem like a simple job you clock in and clock out too... but she always works wit us with heart and compassion which is really appreciated when working with personal items. I had a previous storage that was horrible (A&A storage) so this is a huge upgrade and I feel really secure. having my items stored here. THANK YOU LIZETTE. At the moment, she is currently running up and down just for me to get my storage open. If that isn’t customer service, then idk what is!!!

I. Just rented a storage unit 2050 at the fordham location staff Was helpful and facility Was clean

Everything went well. I was able to reserve my unit online and pay for it the day before. Also, the representative in the office was very accommodating. It was also easy to access my unit and I felt safe while doing so. And I forgot my lock, but I was also able to purchase one at the reception desk.
