I’ve been using this facility since I was 5 months pregnant (july 2024) and they have been nothing but great to me!! The customer service they provide is outstanding from all employees especially Randy, Tyrone, and Andrew!! These guys are extremely personable, helpful, respectful, empathetic people. They listen to your needs and go above & beyond to assist in any way to their abilities. These gentlemen have made my trips and/or phone calls to the storage post feel like light at the end of the tunnel every single time and lord knows times have been very hard. I am appreciative of these guys and their exceptional service truly!! Thank you!!

I was able to be serviced by the Storage Specialist, Andrew. He was very nice to me and I was glad that he helped. He gave me his card and was able to set up the key to enter the storage facility. Thanks to him, I was able to conduct my business well.

My Review is for Edyta. Edyta is the friendliest, most professional, caring woman on your staff, ever, bar none. I have been in this location for years and while I’ve come across some nice people, Edyta is the Best. Hands down. She has been supportive, a great listener, very knowledgeable about all things Storage post and each time I speak to her, she is very patient with me. I went through a difficult event and while I was frazzled and overwhelmed, she allowed me explain my situation, gave me the space to express myself, all without judgement. She has no idea how much that meant to me. I was lucky enough to speak to her today again and I made sure to make her aware of the impact her kindness had on me. My experience today was amazing. I got here at the top of the morning when they open and Tyrone was here punctual as always. Upon entry, he gave me the schematics of all the storage unit and how I could essentially use the storage facility to my advantage and I truly appreciate it. I’m definitely looking forward to my time here at storage post

In today’s day and age, there is no customer service to speak of, but the customer service person at this particular facility took the time to Show me several different Storage bins on two different floors without any hesitation without any attitude that you get in many establishments these days because the young people don’t want to do anything. I would recommend this particular facility.
