I’ve been using this facility since I was 5 months pregnant (july 2024) and they have been nothing but great to me!! The customer service they provide is outstanding from all employees especially Randy, Tyrone, and Andrew!! These guys are extremely personable, helpful, respectful, empathetic people. They listen to your needs and go above & beyond to assist in any way to their abilities. These gentlemen have made my trips and/or phone calls to the storage post feel like light at the end of the tunnel every single time and lord knows times have been very hard. I am appreciative of these guys and their exceptional service truly!! Thank you!!

I RETRACT MY STATEMENT, STORAGE POST CALLED ME AND MADE THIS RIGHT. I SPOKE WITH A GENTLEMEN NAME ERIC, VERY PLEASANT, PROFESSIONAL AND MY CREDIT WAS GIVEN. I APPRECIATE THEM CORRECTING THIS SO MUCH. I WILL KEEP MY STORAGE AND RECOMMEND FRIENDS IN THE FUTURE. DONT RECOMMEND A FRIEND THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOU $50.00 CREDIT THEY ADVERTISE. I HAD A FRIEND OPEN A STORAGE WITH THEM BECAUSE THEY SAID THEY WOULD GIVE ME $50.00 CREDIT. THEY NEVER DID, EVEN AFTER SPEAKING TO 2 PEOPLE THEY SAID THEY COULD NOT GIVE ME CREDIT. I COULD CARE LESS ABOUT $50.00 BUT THEY ARE NOT HONEST.
