I have all of my belongings at this facility in The Bronx I have been with them for almost 2 years already and they have been so much help. I'm not only happy about how clean the manager Kristian keeps it but he is also kind with answering any questions. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to see their belongings well kept and in the same condition. Kristian is awesome and so hands on I really felt welcomed and attended to.??????????

Excellent Service! I drove with my family down from New Haven, Conn on a cold Saturday morning. We were tired and frustrated from traveling so far. We registered online but usually have issues at places cause somehow someone always effs it up! I have to say tho, The store manager at 979 Brook, Jose was a true delight! He showed us to the bathroom, helped us get carts and showed us all the amenities of this facility and even offered us some coffee to keep us warm. He was very nice and made the move-in process very easy for us! Thank you so much! We hope your other other locations have this same level of service! THANK YOU STORAGE POST AND THANK YOU JOSE!
