just wanted to say how very professional and courteous the branch manager Kevin has been!!It is rare to find someone who truly cares for their customer base.I might add, the area manager Alex has also been extremely helpful with answering any and all questions..WISH WE HAD MORE TO STORE THERE!! I HIGHLY RECCOMMEND THIS LOCATION

Amazing customer service ! I most say Jorge is very polite and was able to answer all my questions seeing that this is my very first time going through this storage process .Randy also made me feel secure storing my furniture with storage post & I think I made a great decision .

My name is Andre Ross and I'm giving 5 stars for the exemplery service of Lizette last name unknown and Alex Uzhra who went above and beyond to help me navigate my way during a very dark time. The company itself I'd give 3 stars due to the outrageous late payment penalties and the conditions of premises itself. That said I've been a long time customer and have been happier in the past. Nevertheless, if it were not for Alex and Lizette, I would most likely refrain from doing business with this company. That's my two cents. Here's a nickel, keep the change.
