I received a notice of past due payment. To my surprise I found out than at ex-associate had used my information to put a storage in my name for his business. I was livid and concerned that one I was receiving notice for past due rental fees. Nevertheless, contacted the office and spoke to the Manager Mr. MD Mohammed Sadqueen. Let me say this was a very pleasant and excellent customer service I encounter with Mohammed. He handled this egregious concern in a very quick and professional manner by contacting the person and addressing the manner and had the unit switched out of my name into their name and business. Thank you so much for addressing this matter I’ll be sure to tell anyone I know that if they ever need any storage needs to go Post Storage and ask for Mr. Mohammed. Thank you for this exceptional customer service!! Five Star!!!!

The gentlemen working when I registered as well as when I moved my items in was extremely patient and knowledgable about what would be the easiest way to store my items in which size unit. He sold me on a storage size that was a bit wider and that made it for a much easier move. The woman on the customer service line that originally signed me up was also very patient and thorough in her explanation of the terms of the rental and very kind and pleasant which made for a much more smooth process especially when packing and moving can be very stressful. I give the man at the storage unit 10 stars if I could. He was very patient and helpful. Thank you.

Thank you so much to Kristian who has been so helpful at my storage post in Fordham rd in the BX. I love that he’s there. Every time I come he’s very nice always greets us and says hello. Always asks us how he can help us. We are so happy that he’s there. Makes the place so much better. We are happy when we go that he’s there I know we will get the help we need. Also ever since he’s there the place is cleaner it smells nicer as well. Before it was not as clean and always smelled. Honestly we were thinking of either moving to a different storage or just closing it down and leaving because the storage was smelly and always dirty. But Kristians help and how he takes care of the storage in general is very nice and pleasant.

I just wanted to say that your staff at the storage post (Bruckner Blvd) where i am is AWESOME!!! no bs so professional and really show an honest care and concern for us renters. Had to go there early this morning to see the manager cause in my storage unit there seems to be an infestation of rodents. So I asked if I could see the manager so he could see what I was speaking about. He came and saw from himself, apologized for the problem and immediately went about resolving my issue. Needless to say it was all handled so professionally that it made me believe in customer service again. The manager was polite respectful and knowledgeable about his team and the building that he was running. This put me at ease, I have used the Fordham unit for ten years and had excellent care and now at Bruckner for the past 3years I'm quite content with my choice. Mr. Alex M Oates kudos to your staff and you for excellent customer service!!
