Excellent Service! I drove with my family down from New Haven, Conn on a cold Saturday morning. We were tired and frustrated from traveling so far. We registered online but usually have issues at places cause somehow someone always effs it up! I have to say tho, The store manager at 979 Brook, Jose was a true delight! He showed us to the bathroom, helped us get carts and showed us all the amenities of this facility and even offered us some coffee to keep us warm. He was very nice and made the move-in process very easy for us! Thank you so much! We hope your other other locations have this same level of service! THANK YOU STORAGE POST AND THANK YOU JOSE!

I had surgery on my bad leg and spanish guy helped get us carts and patiently showed me how to use my accesss code in the elevators. My storage unit’s lock was faulty and it was so cold today. i bothered him again and he gladly also helped me fix it!! Wish more people were like this!

I been a employee at this location for about 2 years. And I can say it's a great place to be employed. The best part is my customers, they keep me on my toes and always look forward to coming to work and embracing every opportunity to delight our customers with exceptional customer service.

Armando, Desiree, Jose, and Edgar are great Storage specialist. Facility always has units available, near roadways and busing.
