I wanted to rent a storage unit and the first month was free with a $35 administration fee. I decided the next day that I didn't want the unit. They gave me an issue with receiving a refund. They avoided dealing with me for 2 weeks. It wasn't until I made a review that they gave me a refund.

In my experience with this place, the rent has been fair. But let's not get carried away. Inside the warehouse, it's a living oven; I've been twice and come out sweating buckets, as if I'd run a marathon.

The place should have a 24hr service. It is a good location. And with a proper lock my unit is secure enough. I know a lot of people use the storage facility to park in and the hours are inconvenient.

My only issue with this company is the problem with the access code to enter the facility Mine almost always didn’t work so when I would go when the store was closed, I would have to wait until the store opened for them to fix the problem with my access code which was very frustrating
