Big elevator, all types of equipment, But very little parking.

EDIT: I spoke with customer service and they were able to get me a discount that got me closer to my original price. I appreciate the effort to rectify mistakes, so I'm amending my original rating. Thank you. They pulled a bait and switch on me. I went to view a unit on a high floor a month early. They wouldn't book me in that early, but when I called to book it a few weeks later, they told me they were giving me the unit I viewed for approximately the same price. I hadn't taken note of the unit's number, and the lease had a unit number but not the floor. I found out the day I was moving, as my movers were on the way to the unit with my belongings, that they had given me a unit in the basement, which I explicitly had told them I did not want. I was able to get a unit on a higher floor, but it was smaller and $70 more per month. I didn't have a choice, unfortunately.

Great place clean and neat

Love the fact that they have a private bathroom for women! They also have some of the largest storage units that I have been in so huge.....

I was in an uber with all my belongings stranded because the facility at which I held a reservation was closed and not answering the phone. I was desperate and anxious! I was treated quickly over the phone by the representative who gave me a couple options of locations, helped me chose an appropriate size unit, and signed me up over the phone. Knowing I was paying by the minute for my transportation I was given the ability to sign and send the lease agreement electronically so all would be set upon arrival. At the location the staff also was considerate of my car situation tell me to unload first and we could go through the tour and instructions after, to keep me expenses low during my move. I typically do not right reviews but this was an oasis in the desert experience and I am glad to share!

Best storage facility in the neighborhood decided on it after looking at various others! What sold me was the cleanliness of the place, the great price, climate control and especially the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff!! In particular Fred who went out of his way to make the process hassle free and convenient! 10 out of ten would recommend !!!!

Quality AND value. Seriously a 5 star experience! The customer service here is amazing. While I value reviews, I only take the time to write one when I feel called to, like now! I would recommend this storage spot to anyone looking for a quality place AND a good deal. HUGE shout out to Sharonda who went the extra mile to make sure we got the best deal possible and continually goes above and beyond providing excellent customer service with a friendly attitude and solutions to any problems we've faced. Funny that I feel so strongly about a storage spot, but I am very impressed! I recommend them 110% :)

Great customer service. Kelvin is awesome. Though more expensive than other storage spaces, you get what you pay for. Clean, convenient, secure, and with knowledgeable and helpful staff. The facilities are very well maintained!
