The representative named Kerwin who assisted me in the transition was phenomenal in taking my information and showing the different rooms that would meet my needs, and he was patient and professional enough to satisfy every question that I had! I highly recommend it due to the incredibly friendly and helpful staff. The facility is indeed very clean and easy to navigate. One potential drawback is that it can be challenging to reach someone for assistance or urgent matters when no one is present in the office, as it may be difficult to locate them while they are moving around the building. I would highly recommend considering them as your storage solution.
