I walked into Storage Post having absolutely no clue how storage units worked, but Manny R. was incredible. He is hands down the best representative I’ve ever dealt with. I had a million questions, and even when I felt like they were "stupid," Manny answered every single one with total patience and professionalism. He walked me through the entire process step-by-step, made sure I understood the access schedules, and clearly explained when the facility opens and closes. His customer service is top-notch—he’s friendly, professional, and makes you feel completely comfortable. If you’re heading to this Storage Post, definitely look for Manny.
