Before coming here, I went to four other places and wasn’t feeling the vibe. This place was a little busy when I came but still they took good care of me, and had the best prices around. AND they got a parking lot so you can pull right in and use the indoor bay. They even escorted me to the unit! The other place let me find it on my own, and then wanted to charge me for the “gift bag” in my paid unit with a lock inside after I bought a lock. They threatened to cancel my contract so I said forget it, cancel my contract now and gimme a refund. I paid debit, and had to wait ten days for a refund. They didn’t give me a receipt either. Awful. Post was the BEST option and I’m glad I followed my gut to find them.

I have recently moved from another storage facility to Storage Post. First of all Fred Zarka, the location manager is just a gentleman. He went above and beyond to make the transition super smooth. He is very patient, very attentive to customers needs and definitely a man of his word. He was just a pleasure to deal with. Now the facility itself: So far so good. Very clean. Climate controlled units. Inside loading dock. 24 hour access by code. Definitely an improvement from prior location. Looking forward to storing there for a long time to come.
