From the beginning of the online lookup, I received a call from Customer Care Porsha asking if I needed help with my check in. Right away I was completely comfortable and felt seen and appreciated. As for my physical check in I was greeted with the amazing feeling of being able to walk through the reservation without being mistaken. Overall amazing experience and it was worth the tacos and margaritas but I was in town with family and friends so maybe next time. 10/10

I have been using this facility long before it was Brooklyn Space Storage. Very clean environment and nice place to store personal belongings. However it has gotten too expensive.

Other than a little leak problem that took place, I have no complaints. It's kept clean. My items remained safe and in place. The cost kept going up, but that's everywhere. I would recommend Storage Post to store your things.
