Tanaysha was absolutely amazing—hands down one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. From the start, she was friendly, professional, and genuinely attentive. She listened carefully, asked the right questions, and made me feel like my issue actually mattered (because to her, it did). What really stood out was how proactive she was—she explained everything clearly, kept things moving without me having to follow up, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was resolved properly, and her positive attitude never slipped for a second. If you get the chance to work with Tanaysha, you’re in great hands. She’s patient, knowledgeable, and truly cares about helping people. Thank you, Tanaysha—you made my day! PS: the office cat, Sophia was very helpful too! ??
