I came into Storage Post fully intending to cancel my unit. I’d convinced myself the subscription was too expensive, too far, and too much of a hassle. Santos completely turned that around. He got me into a closer unit by the elevator and a more affordable one at that. Before I committed, he walked me over to see it, opened it up, unloaded my car, and helped me get everything organized inside. I didn’t ask him to do any of that, he just did it. It’s rare to get that kind of service anywhere these days, let alone at a storage facility. Because of Santos, I’m staying. If you’re on the fence about this location, he’s the reason to give it a shot.

Easy check-in, the employee who made my check-in was super professional and made sure I was aware of all the rules and details about my lease. The place is clean and they make it convenient to move your stuff around with big carts, parking spots and elevators. The place looks secure as well.

The manager Julissa is amazing and her team. I noticed the changes within a few months of her being there. They’re doing an incredible job.
