very friendly customer service. front desk lady is very welcoming. overall storage post is nice , modern , above expectation. some homeless people are there but they are outside.

Best storage facility in the neighborhood decided on it after looking at various others! What sold me was the cleanliness of the place, the great price, climate control and especially the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff!! In particular Fred who went out of his way to make the process hassle free and convenient! 10 out of ten would recommend !!!!

Excellent storage facility. Very clean, well run storage facility. The staff are always very courteous and helpful. Excellent service. It's all true. I've rented other storage spaces over the years. My experience at Long Island City Storage Post has been the best by far. Very clean. Attentive, courteous service across the board. It's also very safe. I highly recommend this facility.

This was updated to 5 stars since the problem was resolved. Mohammad called personally to resolve the problem . This is good attention to a problem and good service. I am extremely unhappy with the move from Chelsea to LIC. Louis of Prime Moving facilitated this move. He promised to call when the truck would reach LIC he never called or returned my phone calls. I wanted to supervise the way my things would be arranged in this new unit since I wanted certain educational materials in the front where I could reach them.Since Louis never called I have no idea how my things were placed. I am slightly handicapped and am not physically capable of taking everything out of the unit and rearranging it the way I want. I am very upset and disappointed in the way this move was handled. I don't even know the number of the new unit. In addition I was promised the first month would be free. So far have paid for the unit twice. I WOULD LIKE TO UPDATE THIS POST: MOHAMMAD FROM STORAGE POST CALLED ME TO OFFER AN APOLOGY . HE ALSO OFFERED TO HAVE SOMEONE HELP ME REARRANGE MY THINGS IN THE UNIT. HE GAVE ME HIS CELL NUMBER TO CALL IF THERE WAS A PROBLEM. THEREFORE I AM UPDATING MY REVIEW TO 5 STARS. FOR HIS ATTENTION TO THIS PROBLEM.

Just emptied my locker here after six years. The folks who work the front desk are joyful and fun, and the place is clean and well organized. Highly recommended.
