A very big Storage place.

This goes to Alberto P! I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for all your help since I got my storage back in november. It really means a lot - especially these days when many people tend to do the bare minimum at work or less. Good services. Clean place.

One thing about this line of business regarding storage units is that it is very cut throat. No transparency. Too many establishments want your money and raise rates without a legit reason. Myself and my Girlfriend came in to Storage post this afternoon to purchase a unit for storage. We were helped by Stan. Upon entry, Stan has been absolutely hospitable and professional. Answering questions and telling us what to expecting now and in the future. He also showed us an available storage and allowed us to discuss if we wanted it. The absolute definition on honesty and transparency. He cared about our business and our needs. Also treated our daughter kindly. I can not wait to begin brining all of my items over from a rival company and be closer to home. Amazing price, amazing staff and most importantly, HONESTY. Thank you immensely Stan. Update: 5/19/24 We had to cancel our storage membership as the rates got higher. Still a bit more affordable than other competitors BUT we have aspirations to move out of NYC so we had to begin cutting back and began saving. Staff is still exceptionally nice, friendly and catering. Still would recommend this place if you can afford to do so.

We just had a great experience at the East Village location of Storage Post. We were greeted by Lynda in the front office who was friendly and super helpful. Claudio was professional and courteous as he helped us with the freight elevator and walked us to our unit. The space is exactly what we need and easy to access. I will absolutely recommend this location to anyone who needs storage in the area!

Let me just tell you. Johahna is the best employee they have not only. Does she fix my issue every time, but she does it with such grace and compassion. She really cares about the customers. And even though it’s just a job. It feels like I’m talking to my Friend, who helps me anytime..
