I haven't put my things in yet all I do know is the owner was very very kind and very helpful and the place is clean and I like the structure. I never used a storage before but in search before I found this one I went to places I didn't thing my things would be safe at here this place great very kind workers and they work with you

Really friendly place. My mom has had a storage here for some time and I go with her once in a while she's elderly and always needs help with her space. When she goes in she makes sure to look for Krystal because she is the one to always help her get in to her space. I love the fact that my mom who's Spanish and doesn't speak English there's always Krystal and someone else to help her. The staff has always been helpful and the minute you walk in you can tell by how all the other people who rent here stop by to talk to them. Would recommend.

I am not ashamed of being wrong. I responded to an increase without having a conversation with the company. Not realizing that they have been trying to reach me. In my haste I posted a distasteful comment. I apologize for not speaking with management first. Now that I have connected with management, they have been very kind, respectful and workable people. Lynda who runs the front desk is a charming and friendly woman who took the time to show me around and work with me on my storage needs. The rates are fair and the online service option is really convenient. It's a perfect location for us too: right in the heart of Alphabet City.
