Lynda who runs the front desk is a charming and friendly woman who took the time to show me around and work with me on my storage needs. The rates are fair and the online service option is really convenient. It's a perfect location for us too: right in the heart of Alphabet City.

I have rented spaces here for many years. The staff are always nice and friendly. However I want to give particular praise to Martin who helped me greatly on May 20th, 2024 and went above and beyond to help resolve an issue for me. I rented a u haul truck from here instead of going to the Uhaul center in Chelsea. It's a small business so they treat you like people. Was efficient and got better service than I would have at Uhaul. Rigth near the city bike on ave D and 9th St.
