I want to give a huge thank you to Ghandi and Angel at Storage Post. They were incredibly kind, patient, and professional during what was clearly a very busy, high-traffic day. Ghandi especially went out of his way to help me while I was experiencing issues setting up my account. He was thorough with the paperwork, took extra time to carefully review everything for accuracy, and made sure the process was handled properly. More importantly, I genuinely felt that he cared. Both Ghandi and Angel deserve a great deal of credit for how they managed the chaos of a demanding day while still maintaining such a calm, polite, and compassionate demeanor toward customers. Excellent customer service like this is rare and deeply appreciated. Thank you both for going above and beyond!

I wanted to specifically thank Stan for being such a hospitable and helpful employee. He greeted me cheerfully at 8am and made the process as seamless and transparent as possible. Very happy to be using this place to store my stuff!

Really friendly place. My mom has had a storage here for some time and I go with her once in a while she's elderly and always needs help with her space. When she goes in she makes sure to look for Krystal because she is the one to always help her get in to her space. I love the fact that my mom who's Spanish and doesn't speak English there's always Krystal and someone else to help her. The staff has always been helpful and the minute you walk in you can tell by how all the other people who rent here stop by to talk to them. Would recommend.

I am not ashamed of being wrong. I responded to an increase without having a conversation with the company. Not realizing that they have been trying to reach me. In my haste I posted a distasteful comment. I apologize for not speaking with management first. Now that I have connected with management, they have been very kind, respectful and workable people.
