Wow this place has changed since new management has taken over. They have cleaned up the loading area. Shaday is amazing, she is cheery and always helpful. Such a great experience that used to be dreary going to my storage unit. Thank you Shaday

?????????? I had a great experience with Storage Post Upper West Side. The move-in process was smooth and easy from start to finish. The staff was very helpful, friendly, and went out of their way to assist me, even helping with loading my belongings. The storage unit was exactly as described, clean and ready when I arrived. It’s always nice when a company delivers exactly what they promise. Overall, a very positive experience, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for storage in the Upper West Side.

I have a very good opinion of Sofia Storage. The staff is very helpful and friendly and I haven't had any difficulty at all with dropping boxes off and Ron and Francis have always been very friendly and helpful moving them. The facility is clean and I have stored with them now for over a year!
