I cannot explain just how delightful it was to move my things into this storage. Shaday was extremely helpful, polite and friendly. I wish I remembered the name of the phone salesman, because even he made me feel taken care of and happy! I really dig this place! Just please dont raise my rent! I recently met Carlos the other day when renting out a parking space and I'm delighted to say that he is a funny and firm character. I enjoyed meeting him and very happy with his customer service as well. He and Shaday are great, knowledgeable and helpful people. Another great experience at SP!

From our experience, once we where there we were welcomed with warm reception by Staff. We were given an tour of the facility which seemed helpful

There's a loading dock, but it does have stairs instead of a ramp , so it is hard to load a container or higher level truck.

24Hour location is most important to me. Not a busy place so all my trips are in and out. Plus, loads of parking since its that frequented.

Excellent facility management is top-notch accessibility is great but minus a star for all the chipped paint falling on all my stuff consistently as seen in this photo. You don’t even have to touch it for it to fall all over your items. Make sure your unit does not have this

After spending 2 hrs moving all the items into the storage unit, I noticed that the latch does not lock so I am left with a bar of sorts that was mounted on top of the door. With so many break-ins at the facility, I certainly don't feel like my items are secure in that unit. I put two locks on the latch but it seems that a crow bar can easily remove the latch from the door. I went back to my unit and am pleased to see that the mgr had another latch placed on the outside of the unit. Hopefully, the 2 latches and 2 locks will deter breakins.
