The two workers CARLOS & SANTOS at this storage facility are absolutely exceptional, professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. They made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and went above and beyond to answer every question with patience and care. Their outstanding customer service truly made the experience memorable, and they are a huge asset to this location. ????????

I travel often and keep my business files at this storage facility, it is right off the LIE and has a very friendly manager. The store is going through some sort of renovation, and is very well lit and looks brand new on the inside. Still not finsihed yet; seems the level of customer service has increased. Is that a change in company philosohpy? The company has another store in Brooklyn that looks newer bit it is too far away..
