I was recommended by a neighbor, and I really don't regret it at all. Kimberly, the female who I met the day I went to inquire, was very knowledgeable and polite a d friendly. No hassle. Also, Portia from the corporate office, was very helpful, friendly, and very much outgoing. I like the treatment I received. I hope it continues while my belongings are there, and into the future. Great facility. Great Service. Make sure you see Carlos he is awesome. Not pushy, very informative, and very pleasant. I needed storage on a budget and he really made it happen. The guy is really reasonable and will work with you. The place is state of the art and top notch. You will be glad you stored with them. It makes living in Williamsburg, that much more nicer and convenient.
