However I learned the hard way that once you decide to rent a space you must bring your lock in during their office hours so they could take there lock off and put your lock on. This process does make sense but I have never rented a storage space before and I just thought once I purchase it they will take their lock off automatically. The woman who i signed up with should have mentioned that small detail to me so that I wouldn't have came to move all my stuff in at night, just to discover I can't because it's locked. Also when we finally got the Locks switched the space was extremely dusty and dirty. My fiancé was disgusted and had to clean it himself.

All of my things were secure and well preserved for the years that I needed storage during the height of the pandemic. Nothing stolen. Staff was very efficient and responsive to my requests.
