Decent storage area. Poor access. Not enough parking and in spite of that they rent out the parking spaces making the problem worse. The unit is not cleaned well before move-in. The floor is okay but the door cushion was caked in dust.

Consistent rate increases at another local storage facility finally forced me to consider options on relocating my stuff to a new storage facility. Was lucky enough to secure a 10x15 at a really good rate at Storage Post in Suffern, though I was not happy that there was already a tear in the insulation prior to me taking the unit and that it was not fixed by whoever rented it before me. I told Roger to make note of this. Over all he was very helpful in processing everything, though the computer he had was not very cooperative and took forever to complete certain steps in the overall process. I like that this facility has 24 hr access, though being on the third floor, you need to punch a code in every time you take the elevator. Overall I like this company, location and staff better than the former one.

Located just off of I-87, it's easy on/ easy off the highway. The office hours are reasonable. They have additional security by having gates, both entering and exiting. Fairly clean facility. Has many exterior rodent boxes, which I look at as a plus, for preventive measures. However, the section where I enter has limited parking and it seems that the same vehicles are always there. Either they're not managing that area or they're using it for something other than the storage customers, thus the four stars.

Staff was very accommodating and helpful. Storage space advertised is not accurate. Only approximate however. Staff offered another space in new building but I declined. My 10x10 (actually 10x8) was sufficient for my needs. They also gave me 2 free months so I need not complain. Definitely recommend them.
