I called Storage Post in Suffern, NY to rent a unit and I was directed to a call center (which I wasn't so pleased with). The lady tried to rent me a unit over the phone and I was not so sure I was interested. I then had the privilege of actually going into the Suffern location and speaking to another woman who was such a friendly, kind spirited and funny woman named of Joan F. who not only rented me a unit for a great cost but also gave me suggestions on what size unit to rent that would benefit my needs. She was not only helpful but she was one of the kindest people i have met in a while. She was not like a robot like many places that I have gone to for many of things and working in customer service myself, she was actually a person and genuinely cared about her customers needs. Whoever hired Ms. Joan definitely did a great job on choosing an employee because I am not one who will go and pick a place my first time but Ms. Joan made a great impression and it shows throughout the whole facility. I would highly recommend Storage Post in Suffern, NY to anyone who is looking for a storage unit. Not only is the staff great, but the units are clean and priced appropriately.
