Called up again and spoke to Manny about a few units. He was super friendly and informative, however, I ended up not renting a unit just yet-- mostly because I feel that there should be better incentives and price matching etc... Their facility appears clean and well maintained, but the lack of offers, specials, price matching etc... left some to be desired. Should this facility offer some type of discount or incentive, I would be renting from them without question.

We read & heard great reviews about this place…and wow, the reviews were on point! Needed a storage place that was very safe, very clean & very convenient & this place delivers. Not only that, everyone we spoke to and dealt with were so professional and courteous and helpful. You could probably find a few places on SI that are a touch cheaper but tbh, this Storage Post is great. Dealt with Manny there on site and he was super helpful and so nice. Get a spot here: the prices, location, condition & staff are great; I hope it continues this way b/c this place is great. The only "negative" (though that's too-strong a word) was when I signed up online, you supposedly can "reserve" the spot you want for 48 hours (if I remember) to think about everything. Unfortunately, in no time, I received a direct phone call from Storage Post (might have been a main office) to "lock in" the unit I chose online. Marketing-wise, I understand why this was done; personally, I didn't like it at all and thought it was heavy handed and a bit intrusive.

Manny was super helpful with whatever I needed. My time at Storage Post was east breezy. The storage itself is super clean and that’s honestly my favorite part about this place!

This Storage Post location has the greatest customer service ever! When I explained what type of storage I needed, the manager , Kimberley, took the time out to show me what type of storage units would meet my needs. Kimberley also explained all of the insurance options and also how to efficiently use the storage space within the unit. This storage unit facility is the best on Staten Island! If I could , I would give more stars! AAAAAAAAAA++++++++++

Manny was kind and very helpful with us, right person for customer service, thanks! It would be nice if we knew that 5?5' unit is with low/limited ceiling. Also I was told by phone that I can walk in inside storage unit. So I assumed it is tall enough and I discarded another offers without knowing that. Please, add to description to avoid misunderstanding and unhappy customers.
