Although the end results was pleasant, especially due to the excellent customer service of the employee who assisted me Sunday afternoon (Manny), it wasn't enough to make this review 4 or 5 stars.The beginning of my interaction with other staff over the phone was pleasant but I received misinformation about the cost of my unit, I didnt receive the edocs to sign (had to call back), didn't receive an access code and had difficulty filling out and verifying the automatic payments. If it wasn't for Manny this would've been a 1 star review.

The place is clean, but I hard time getting in my storage unit. I did everything online when I got there no one was there to open up the place. So if you pay online please be on time. Customer service was great .

Awesome customer service

I was a great & easy move in process. Customer service was great and helpful. The only problem was I didn't know my storage was located where a beam was located thought my unit was going to have more space...

New. Just opened. Just a little concerned about the glue traps. Mice problems already? I haven't seen any signs that it's a problem. Will keep an eye out though.

Finally got to sign contract ‍️Dealt with Manny, who was very accommodating. If short-staffed, there needs to be a better system for staffers to be aware of customers who need office assistance, when staff are on the floor!

My personal experience was a pleasant one the personnel was very courteous and attentive to my needs. The entire process was quick and easy. They have a size unit for various needs, the entire area is well maintained hallways and units are very clean. I would recommend Storage post for your storage needs.

Manny is a very well-accommodating, respectful, thoughtful guy who helps you anytime you reach out to him. He is one of the main reasons I signed up with Storage Post in North Shore.

My move-in experience was quite easy. The Storage Post representatives Anna and Jawad were very personable and accommodating. When I came the next day to move in very early in the morning I told Jawad about an issue I had. He was in the process of doing maintenance on the first floor. But he stopped what he was doing and went upstairs with me, surveyed the problem, went back downstairs, got a ladder, came back with it resolved my issue. I can't ask for better service than that. Storage Post was a good choice.

My first time coming into the facility was very warm and friendly. I had explained what I was looking for and what I was trying to do. my first day going to check a unit. I had an employee name MANNY which was funny respectful and honest. I try giving him a hard way by just throwing questions at him. To see if he knew his job. He was funny outgoing honest and friendly. He kept calm and that’s when I knew I don’t mind doing business with them. Now my 2nd time coming to make sure I was still able to get the unit and met another women which I think was office manager. But she also remain calm nice and friendly. So the day I go to move in I see manny. Now I asked him did he remember me. Well yes he did and it was funny cause we hit it off the first time. So he really made me feel welcome and relaxed. He made sure I was set and ready and even asked did I need anything before started or if I had any questions. This to me is a good company cause they are picking funny and friendly people to run and work in they company. Also they prices are reasonable and the offers are better then other storages places. So if I could give them 10 fingers I would hands down they have my vote

We appreciate you for all the information you gave us and for assisting us during our visit. This is a great location 620 Richmond Terrace corner of Franklin and Richmond Terrace. Very affordable, clean and close to the Staten Island Ferry. Ask for Manny he is a great person and very helpful. .We are very satisfied we give you 5 stars.

The gentleman who is in the Richmond Terrace Staten Island Post was very professional. I was not well that day and he help with the outermost politeness. He ask if I needed an ambulance. I did not however, he cared for me and help me with everything I needed. Thank you so much for your help. The place is also kept very clean, which is really nice.
