I have been shopping around looking for storage facilities that best fit my needs, now the price & or rate is a little high especially in comparison to other closer storage places but after i was very well greeted and welcomed by manny, i already made my mind up to choose storage post, manny was able to explain everything in detail to me, prices, size, availability, discounts, easy access, after hour access multiple elevators and security systems etc which also made me understand/aware and make sense of why the prices are what they are, i loved how & what he explained about the call center & how it works which is pretty cool when there is no one available in the office or if it gets too busy with too many customers. i had nowhere near an idea of what size I needed but after I explained what i was storing, manny was able to show me the appropriate size right away, on top of how clean and convenient the facility is the whole experience with manny is what made my mind up officially. Thank you storage post for the great experience in customer service, i am looking forward to storing my belongings with northshore storagepost asap.

Manny, at the Richmond Terrace location, is very helpful and accommodating. For many, the stress of moving and the need to store your belongings can be intimidating at times, and having a very helpful and empathetic person to deal with is a very positive factor. The facility itself is very clean and tidy, all that one needs in a good storage location

Approaching the building I was amazed how clean and appealing it was, the spacious loading docks, all of the cameras outside, the kiosk and than the attentiveness Manny the man gave from the moment I walked in, I read alot of the reviews and oh boy are they true! Manny did a marvelous job representing this facility and what it has to offer, he gave me a very well mannered, calm, respectful, funny and detailed tour of the building. Alot elevators and karts. Pricing and discounts he explained was very convenient along with the access hours. Again thank you Manny you really made me feel welcome.

This lady must take OVER at this location!!!! Edyta showed the out most amazing customer service. She manages the New Jersey location but I would love to see her here more often she must take OVER. The best customer service I have ever seen anywher… through the whole process aswell as connected with me socially Edyta while guiding me to the best locker for me .Not enough words to express the best service .

I find this facility of Storage Post to be the Hilton of storage! I especially like that it is always brightly lit, unlike other storage facilities which go dark if you’re not walking directly under the lights. The lights there are always on! Secondly, the staff members have always been courteous and helpful; most recently, Jawad was patient and willing to show multiple units in the same size so I could get a nice one with no columns or pillars. Jawad was willing to stay beyond the regular office hours, assisting me and another new customer in obtaining new units last week. Third, Storage Post is more fair with pricing than other facilities, with reasonable increases after longer periods of time, while some facilities (I won’t name names) increase prices by ridiculous percentages after only a few months. Lastly, I appreciate the hours of access from 6am to 10pm daily, while other facilities have much more limited hours, sometimes ending at 7pm, or even ridiculously at 4pm on Sundays. I have recommended this facility to friends from Manhattan and Queens, because the prices, hours of access and helpful staff make this a good choice for storage needs.
