Amazing customer service! Super clean,organized and efficient. I would highly recommend!

I find this facility of Storage Post to be the Hilton of storage! I especially like that it is always brightly lit, unlike other storage facilities which go dark if you’re not walking directly under the lights. The lights there are always on! Secondly, the staff members have always been courteous and helpful; most recently, Jawad was patient and willing to show multiple units in the same size so I could get a nice one with no columns or pillars. Jawad was willing to stay beyond the regular office hours, assisting me and another new customer in obtaining new units last week. Third, Storage Post is more fair with pricing than other facilities, with reasonable increases after longer periods of time, while some facilities (I won’t name names) increase prices by ridiculous percentages after only a few months. Lastly, I appreciate the hours of access from 6am to 10pm daily, while other facilities have much more limited hours, sometimes ending at 7pm, or even ridiculously at 4pm on Sundays. I have recommended this facility to friends from Manhattan and Queens, because the prices, hours of access and helpful staff make this a good choice for storage needs.

I gotta say it’s my first time here . I was confused under a lot stress . From the chat with the representative and the staff Anna/ Donald were amazing customer service personality I feel u have great staff here I do believe you can upgrade there credit card system to tap it will make processing and payment so much smoother for this location you have wonderful thorough workers here and I will recommend people to do storage here . Anna / Donald you guys are amazing people ??

In my time of need anna was amazing she was so kinda and professional and real kept me laughing she needs a raise she is amazing

My move-in experience was quite easy. The Storage Post representatives Anna and Jawad were very personable and accommodating. When I came the next day to move in very early in the morning I told Jawad about an issue I had. He was in the process of doing maintenance on the first floor. But he stopped what he was doing and went upstairs with me, surveyed the problem, went back downstairs, got a ladder, came back with it resolved my issue. I can't ask for better service than that. Storage Post was a good choice.

The place is clean, but I hard time getting in my storage unit. I did everything online when I got there no one was there to open up the place. So if you pay online please be on time. Customer service was great .

I was a great & easy move in process. Customer service was great and helpful. The only problem was I didn't know my storage was located where a beam was located thought my unit was going to have more space...

Pleasant and professional staff. Units are clean and spacious.

New. Just opened. Just a little concerned about the glue traps. Mice problems already? I haven't seen any signs that it's a problem. Will keep an eye out though.

Finally got to sign contract ???????Dealt with Manny, who was very accommodating. If short-staffed, there needs to be a better system for staffers to be aware of customers who need office assistance, when staff are on the floor!
