Manny was kind and very helpful with us, right person for customer service, thanks! It would be nice if we knew that 5?5' unit is with low/limited ceiling. Also I was told by phone that I can walk in inside storage unit. So I assumed it is tall enough and I discarded another offers without knowing that. Please, add to description to avoid misunderstanding and unhappy customers.

So I had personal difficulties getting proper info and insurance required to get a discount. But I have never met anyone in costumer service who is as understanding, patient and calm as Manny. This guy has the nerves of steel. Truly an amazing ?? ?? ?? experience ( and a personal lesson in patience and understanding). I don't even care if the price goes up. If this guy is there, he alpne is worth extra dollars lol. Manny went above and beyond.

Simple access. Spotless.Climate controlled to include humidity. Hand carts always available. Ty. Addendum: Representative found at the site, front desk “Anna” diligent? Earnest? I opened a second, larger unit for a third party. I left the unit unsecured, my oversight was placing the lock incorrectly. Before the hrs. of operation, this young lady called, v-mailed, texted and e-mailed the concern. Returning, Anna handled it with professionalism, throw in politeness, congeniality , and in three languages to entertain me, the dope. lol! Refreshing, the effort made . Attentive , regarding customer care. Storage Post, take note. Anna is an ASSET. So, rent a unit and ask for Anna. You’ll be delighted. Oh, 2 years at this sight. No complaints.??

I walked into storage post at 5:50 and meet Anna the receptionist. She was polite and led me to my unit. Upon arrival I noticed the unit would not fit all my things. Ann went above and beyond to find a unit to fit my needs perfectly! Not only did she stay past hours but she made the whole ordeal pleasant for me, I would recommend this location ??. Make sure you ask for Anna, such a lovely soul.
