I was in dire need and oh boy was i accomdated extremely well by manny, he was able to explain every detail of what this facility has to offer including all perks and he was very fast im doing so in a accordingly way, i told him what i was storing and he showed me the perfect size on the first shot. Manny is very amenable, professional, friendly, attentive and well aware of how diffcult and stressful moving can be and manny made it simple, i commend you manny, YOU THE MAN!

Beautiful facility, beautiful open outside layout for loading and unloading, I followed manny here from his old job because his services are impeccable. Manny showed me everything, the kiosk thingy is awesome and convenient, one of my favorites is the 3 elevators my second most favorite is the amazing access hours. So many cameras but im not worried. I been a customer sometime now and i just want to make it clear (with this overdue review) on how satisfied i am with all the features but most off all how my man manny took and takes care of me and all the other customers ive witnessed him take care of. Storage post i hope you take care of manny the same way he assertively , professionally and respectfully takes care of the facility and his customers. Thank you storage post you chose the right guy.

I actually accidentally came to this facility but had reservations for another. I stayed because of how phenomenal the service was. I don’t think I’ve ever experienced better customer service in my life. The staff gave a tour, explained what would and would not fit, and were just a joy to interact with. Even though the price was more than my original location, I had to do my business here because running into the staff would always be enjoyable.

I can see why the other reviews talks about Manny. I was having a bad day due to having to move but he was so understanding, polite and professional. This is the best storage place on the island because of him.

After encountering an issue with another worker who was a woman of color with short hair, Manny was incredibly helpful. He not only showed patience and professionalism but a knowledge of the processes and a warm smile. I highly recommend working with Manny.

Manny is the greatest he das a good job , the place is super clean. He really does a excellent job on keeping this business storage place up to date , clean and his customer service skills are the best. 10/10 prices at the storage unit are great they although give u one month free. What more can u ask for

When I came in there was 4 people ahead of me, but even with that being said, I was greeted professionally and attentively by Manny, he was able to take all of us strangers on a tour of the facility, he showed us the intercoms, the kiosk, a lot of elevators, a lot of cameras, spacious loading bays, a lot of moving supplies, I love the $50 referral promo and multiple ways to pay (you guys do need Apple Pay, tap your credit card etc) manny took care of us all accordingly, we told him exactly what we were storing and he was able to get the exact size on the first shot. He was funny and entertaining. He is unique in customer service and represented the company very well on what it has to offer. I’m happy I chose storage post.
