By far the nicest staff in all of NYC!!! I can't say enough good things about this place; It's clean, amazingly affordable and a great location for Queens and Brooklyn! I have rented from other companies in the past and they don't even come close. Jessica and Carlos where amazingly helpful. They really went the extra mile for me when I made a silly mistake - I was tired and a little retarded and they totally made me feel cool about it! They are simply the BEST!!! Thanks guys!!!

Today... I was hunting for a storage facility and my sister told me to go to Storage Post. I walked inside and I was greeted by Jessica. Nice sale representative. She explained every detail and she walked me through the facility. Excellent worker DEDICATED to help and get the job done. Go Jessica

Great customer service and a great team all around at this location. Carmen was especially good to work with. Storage Post also has clear customer service support from the 800 number facilitating this location. Very helpful staff! Hours are limited if you don’t have a business with an LLC etc., so get clued into what the location’s hours and access limitations are.

I been using this storage for quite some time and to be honest. I have no complaints at all. All the reps are good but Ms Anadina is super amazing. She’s been helping me with my credit I was supposed to receive. I recommend her for any assistance. Thank you Ms Anadina!!
