I've been a client at this particular branch for more than three years and personally the staff has given me excellent customer service there .i want to personally say thank you! for Ms Takasha Ross who'o has always been very polite and making me very welcome when i visit the facility and telling me to have a great day always addressing me as mr Glenn although Im okay with Just Glenn not many of us still exercise what our parents taught and im greatfull to that she does thank You! I've rented a storage unit from several different companies over the years, and Storage Post in Lawrence is by far the best. The facility is clean, secure, and well-lit, and the staff is always willing to help. The 24-hour access is also a huge plus.
