I’ve been at this location for some time now almost since they opened and manny really really is on top of things here, I’m beyond appreciative on how he dealt with me but I visit my storage often and I get to see how he deals with other people and how he maintains this building, he is beyond polite and welcoming, very personable and friendly, he is well mannered and always knows what to say, I’ve personally seen him show three separate customers rooms all at the same time in a multi tasking way and they were all laughing as he entertained them in that sense. My favorite is manny using the floor scrubber, the place smells lovely of fabuloso. In the summer time he was always outside in the hot weather sweeping and sweating as well as now in the winter. He deft does all he can do for his customers and this building and it is all of many of the main reasons I chose this facility. Amongst the cameras, prices and elevators manny really is the truth. I was shopping around for new storage and I am so glad i found this location close to home - and the best part is their staff so reliable and friendly that means a lot when dealing with people -Leslie Key did an outstanding job explaining the benefits and all the info that this facility offers .. I am a very satisfy customer!!

I thought this would be a dark and scary location! I must change my mind! The staff here is bilingual, really friendly and the manager Jose made feel really comfortable about my choices and was a true gentleman! I must Thank you for letting me use your bathroom and for the extra carts! My move in was super fast! The place was pretty clean for a windy day and parking was available easily. Will be telling all my girlfriends when its time to do spring cleaning!!!

I was very frustrated. When I arrived no one was there to take me to my unit, give me the key to my lock. I arrived with my movers and I had to wait 45 minutes for the person to come back! No one told me they close for lunch!!!!!! No one told me I needed the key to get into the unit!!!!! I had to pay my movers extra!!!!!! Very DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Manny is a different breed, you need more of him…clean place, a lot of cameras, great access hours, 3 elevators, the kiosk help me alot but not more than manny and lastly the $50 referral promo is dope. Again thank you manny.

By far the best storage place ever, great staff , my favorite staff is Gloria. They helped us with everything made us feel so comfortable makes it so worth our monthly payments .
