Manny was kind and very helpful with us, right person for customer service, thanks! It would be nice if we knew that 5?5' unit is with low/limited ceiling. Also I was told by phone that I can walk in inside storage unit. So I assumed it is tall enough and I discarded another offers without knowing that. Please, add to description to avoid misunderstanding and unhappy customers.

Wow! This place is great! The manager Jose is amazing! He helped me chose from 2 different rooms and got me my rental in less than 10 minutes! His staff was very friendly and welcoming! The office and bathrooms were very clean and parking was easy to move in! This is by far the best storage place in the Bronx! Thanks again.

WOW, I WAS BLOWN AWAY BY THE SERVICE I RECEIVED AT STORAGE POST STATEN ISLAND! FROM THE MOMENT I WALKED IN, I FELT WELCOMED AND TAKEN CARE OF. MANNY WAS SUCH A GREAT HELP IN GETTING ME SET UP, AND THE FACILITY IS ABSOLUTELY IMMACULATE. IF YOU'RE LOOKING FOR A STORAGE SOLUTION, LOOK NO FURTHER!!!

When I came in there was 4 people ahead of me, but even with that being said, I was greeted professionally and attentively by Manny, he was able to take all of us strangers on a tour of the facility, he showed us the intercoms, the kiosk, a lot of elevators, a lot of cameras, spacious loading bays, a lot of moving supplies, I love the $50 referral promo and multiple ways to pay (you guys do need Apple Pay, tap your credit card etc) manny took care of us all accordingly, we told him exactly what we were storing and he was able to get the exact size on the first shot. He was funny and entertaining. He is unique in customer service and represented the company very well on what it has to offer. I’m happy I chose storage post.

This place has great costumer service.alway attentive towards the customers.maintenance of the facility is up to part..the staff are friendly and courteous. Specially melanie and gloria.they go our their way to satisfy costumers needs.and i say that from experience...

Simple access. Spotless.Climate controlled to include humidity. Hand carts always available. Ty. Addendum: Representative found at the site, front desk “Anna” diligent? Earnest? I opened a second, larger unit for a third party. I left the unit unsecured, my oversight was placing the lock incorrectly. Before the hrs. of operation, this young lady called, v-mailed, texted and e-mailed the concern. Returning, Anna handled it with professionalism, throw in politeness, congeniality , and in three languages to entertain me, the dope. lol! Refreshing, the effort made . Attentive , regarding customer care. Storage Post, take note. Anna is an ASSET. So, rent a unit and ask for Anna. You’ll be delighted. Oh, 2 years at this sight. No complaints.??
