I found Storagepost online, made my payment and then went into the office on moving day, I was comfortable dealing with the female in the office, I use the location in Pelham. The faculty is clean, organized , I got a coupon for a freelock, and got 2 free months from a promotion that was in place. The unit is everything I hoped and more... love it.

I am very Thankful for Excellent Customer Service from Ashley. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable during my visit there. Thankful for her assistance in choosing the best Storage Unit for me. My mom passed and I had to move her apartment furniture Out At short notice. This being difficult do but after speaking to this beautiful young lady. Everything came together!!! Your manager lavona is the best. I am an actor and I am working on a show on nbc and we have the next 3 days off, I decided since I need storage I’ll just come check it out and not make any decisions until I’ve seen it all. In my mind I was going to quote around at all storages before Ive made a final decision to choose a place to store. Lavona sold me right away. Very good with making me feel comfortable and she kept me laughing. She showed me around to 3 units until I got the one. Lavona is the best. She’s very helpful, patient,And friendly !! She knows what she doing and how to win customers in.

I moved into a unit with my daughters at Fordham yesterday. Good Pricing and Great service. The manager Mr. Salcedo and Lady were great! Place looked very clean and The bathroom looked better than my own at home! They were friendly and bilingual too! It got busy at one point but handled it nicely and they still made it go by fast and easy for me. They gave us all info we needed and helped us get the unit we really wanted! ! I wish I can give 6 stars!
