I was too quick to judge this place after a minor misunderstanding, the manager Alex called me within an hour and explained to me everything. It’s great to really have a place that actually delivers everything they say. The customer service is amazing and responsive. I would definitely recommend this store unit over the others in Yonkers . Totally set the bar for me.

I’ve just rented with storage post I’m so relieved Gloria made every effort to get me all discounts offered including moving supply’s to make my move easier she was friendly and professional facility was clean. Im a victim of fire and she made this transition very easy recommend storage post to all.

I went to Storage Post this afternoon to inquire about storage units and Kennard was very helpful. He showed me all the units that were available, and he was very patient with me. Kindness is golden.
