Manny the Man truly is remarkable in what he does representing this company and himself. We are getting storage due to bad fire and oh boy did he bring joy to us during these trying times in a pure genuine way, he is deff one of a kind. I wanted to move into storage post on Saturday. I came to visit the facility to take a look around, immediately I love the building, After coming into the office lavona had introduced herself to me and told me that she was the one I spoke with on the phone for a follow up, I thought very nice of her ! Today I came to move in. Lavona knows what she’s doing ! She is GREAT ! Very good customer service ! And we talked for 20 minutes and laughed, I felt really good leaving out. You’ve won a customer for life! I’m beyond pleased.
