I’m so very happy with my units here at the Ozone Park location. They have a very friendly and professional staff. The manager, Julissa, was very helpful and knowledgeable. The whole facility is always clean and neat. I’m up to my fifth unit at this location. Very convenient and easy access.

Clean, well-maintained, modern facilities (but 2 out of the three garage doors have been "temporarily out of order" for a while. Only one door works!). But my five-star rating is due to the professionalism and courteousness - of the staff, who were accommodating and cooperative way beyond expectations.
