This review is of the District manager. Alex did what the manager of the Fordham location failed to do :He listened! He understood the miscommunication that had taken place and resolved my situation . Thank you for understanding and keeping a loyal customer.

I thank god for storage post because I’ve use others and they’ve had mice and roach issues. Storage post is always clean never seen any creatures. The staff at Fordham is so friendly and knowledgeable. They help when you need it. Never any attitudes and so joyful and always smiling.
