At the storage post located in Floral Park I have to say it’s very clean and very helpful I have been a member for a few years. A few days ago I had an issue with my lock and the manger Eric was so helpful took the time assist me until it was resolved. I highly recommend this particular this place.

Horrible service - there is no one ever in the office and they call me toay to try to charge twice my monthly rate on 2 items i left they claim is mine.

As soon as I entered the office I felt welcomed and at home . The building was well maintained and secured . Employee gave me a code to enter into a keypad which I was told was for accessing my floor which I felt is a good idea that only customers that have a code could enter there floor . I would recommend to my family and friends . Very happy Amanda

Sharonda is AMAZING!!! She was HELPFUL, KNOWLEDGEABLE, and FRIENDLY! This is a great storage facility. It’s clean and secure AND It has Sharonda! I LOVE IT!!!!
