Through New York Cares, I came across your location as a drop off site to take in my coat to give to someone in need. i called Storage Post and was connected to the District Manager. It was confirmed that your location does participate. Your location is secure, i had to get buzzed in and the office is clean and spacious. The New York Cares donation box was visible and the worker there was very nice. I also noticed a donation box for Toys for Tots too. Overall, it was a quick and easy experience.

The company itself I'd give 3 stars due to the outrageous late payment penalties and the conditions of premises itself. That said I've been a long time customer and have been happier in the past.
