Alex, the site manager at Yonkers, Saw Mill River Rd is an amazing guy. He assisted me in moving out of Storage Post after almost 20 years of renting a unit. He was very compassionate, understanding and helpful in my transition. I want to say Storage Post is a clean, safe and comfortable place to rent from. I Enjoy my stay??

I rented a storage today with storage post in Yonkers. It is a very clean facility and today everything was much easier with the help of Kristian. He gave me a facility tour and made me feel so comfortable. He was super helpful and answered all my questions. If you need storage come here and if Kristian is the one to help you even better for you.

I've been a client at this particular branch for more than three years and personally the staff has given me excellent customer service there .i want to personally say thank you! for Ms Takasha Ross who'o has always been very polite and making me very welcome when i visit the facility and telling me to have a great day always addressing me as mr Glenn although Im okay with Just Glenn not many of us still exercise what our parents taught and im greatfull to that she does thank You! Great deals compare to others.great to get there with transportation. 20 minutes from Manhattan with metro north.3 times cheaper.

I had such a great experience at Storage Post! From start to finish, everything went super smoothly thanks to Imani. She was so kind, helpful, and patient—really took the time to make show me different units and explain the process. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping people and making things easy. It’s not often you come across customer service this good, trust me I worked for Apple and truly understand and have high expectation on what true genuine customer service feels like! Big shoutout to Imani for making my day and turning what could’ve been a stressful process into a really pleasant one.
