Lavona and Edilee were great! I made a visit and inquired about a 5x10 unit which I will be moving into next week! I’ve chosen to look around to see what storages best fit me and I believe my husband and I will choose here. both very knowledgeable and helpful ! Let’s not forget both smiles and personality’s very vibrant ! I highly recommend. The buildings kept extremely clean.

My first time coming into the facility was very warm and friendly. I had explained what I was looking for and what I was trying to do. my first day going to check a unit. I had an employee name MANNY which was funny respectful and honest. I try giving him a hard way by just throwing questions at him. To see if he knew his job. He was funny outgoing honest and friendly. He kept calm and that’s when I knew I don’t mind doing business with them. Now my 2nd time coming to make sure I was still able to get the unit and met another women which I think was office manager. But she also remain calm nice and friendly. So the day I go to move in I see manny. Now I asked him did he remember me. Well yes he did and it was funny cause we hit it off the first time. So he really made me feel welcome and relaxed. He made sure I was set and ready and even asked did I need anything before started or if I had any questions. This to me is a good company cause they are picking funny and friendly people to run and work in they company. Also they prices are reasonable and the offers are better then other storages places. So if I could give them 10 fingers I would hands down they have my vote

I forgot how much I love your faculty and I am moving my smaller space over! I miss the rental vehicle opportunity

We appreciate you for all the information you gave us and for assisting us during our visit. This is a great location 620 Richmond Terrace corner of Franklin and Richmond Terrace. Very affordable, clean and close to the Staten Island Ferry. Ask for Manny he is a great person and very helpful. .We are very satisfied we give you 5 stars.

I've used other storage facilities in the past, but Storage Post is hands down my favorite. Their staff is so friendly and helpful, and the facilities are always immaculate. Two thumbs up!

The gentleman who is in the Richmond Terrace Staten Island Post was very professional. I was not well that day and he help with the outermost politeness. He ask if I needed an ambulance. I did not however, he cared for me and help me with everything I needed. Thank you so much for your help. The place is also kept very clean, which is really nice.

The gentlemen working when I registered as well as when I moved my items in was extremely patient and knowledgable about what would be the easiest way to store my items in which size unit. He sold me on a storage size that was a bit wider and that made it for a much easier move. The woman on the customer service line that originally signed me up was also very patient and thorough in her explanation of the terms of the rental and very kind and pleasant which made for a much more smooth process especially when packing and moving can be very stressful. I give the man at the storage unit 10 stars if I could. He was very patient and helpful. Thank you.

I came in shopping around for my boss and store and Manny the representative was extremely knowledgeable and welcoming me as a potential customer I am not ready yet to commit but I will definitely choose storage post for my storage needs and will highly recommend this to my boss and other friends and family. the cameras, the 3 elevators, the amazing access hours, the kiosk is very convenient and easy to use, the intercom is very useful to connect to office, I love that you need access codes and it is very easy to use, I will always need moving and or merchandise while handling my belongings on the spot and your store has everything I need, clean facility and clean bathrooms. One thing mainly is the Manny I can't stress enough how good and comfortable he made this experience for me. All The reviews about this man is beyond true, thank you again Manny.
