I am not ashamed of being wrong. I responded to an increase without having a conversation with the company. Not realizing that they have been trying to reach me. In my haste I posted a distasteful comment. I apologize for not speaking with management first. Now that I have connected with management, they have been very kind, respectful and workable people. This is the best storage space I have ever received. They have a clean space and environment. Customer service was perfect. Ms Shineast was very good with me throughout the rent process. If you are looking for a space to rent, I will recommend you to go straight to Storage Post especially at 3350 Park Avenue.
