I had a very good experience in this store. I was helped as soon as I walked in and was given great service. I felt comfortable in the store, it was very clean and I felt as if my personal items were in good hands. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Both gentlemen at this facility were excellent removed my doubts that customer service skills no longer existed they were attentive they were helpful and made me feel very comfortable about leaving my items at the facility. On the other hand contacting customer service on the phone although the lady was very sweet and even offered me a free lock for my storage container was very pushy about collecting The $25 administration fee that was already stated I had to pay in my email. Each time I called it almost felt like there was a push to collect this money and even was told I’m not guaranteed my price but it was already guaranteed in an email. Also customer service fails toinform you that there is a $10 a month fee for insurance unless you already have renters insurance which the gentleman happily explaied so the $25 admistrastion fee is actually $35 And your unit is the price plus $10 a month. I have insurance so not an issue for me. My 5 star on top is because the facility really really took care of business and the two men that were there were very professional and helpful they deserve recognition.

Alex, the site manager at Yonkers, Saw Mill River Rd is an amazing guy. He assisted me in moving out of Storage Post after almost 20 years of renting a unit. He was very compassionate, understanding and helpful in my transition. I want to say Storage Post is a clean, safe and comfortable place to rent from. I Enjoy my stay??
